The first Pantone Hotel opens its doors in Brussels

Pantone, which has just launched a new color palette after fifty years using the same, following in the footsteps of brands like Camper and Versace to enter the hospitality industry as a marketing strategy to achieve notoriety and prestige. The new hotel, located in downtown Brussels, combines a colorful design aesthetic, as one would expect, but also very functional.

The hotel is defined as Pantone perfect for cosmopolitan adventurers to small corporate meetings, business conferences, receptions and special events. The project is the work of Belgian Olivier Hannaert, architect, and Michel Penneman, interior decorator, who see each of the seven floors of the building as a color palette designed to accompany the emotions of the guests.

The hotel which is part of an agreement between X-Rite licensee company, company that owns the brand, with British hoteliers, is included in the Pantone Universe, a colorful range of products which includes products like mugs created by W2 to the Sonia Spencer cufflinks, through Alpa stationery and bags. They will be exhibited permanently on site and available for sale.

In addition Pantone offers the client the services of its consultants color, by appointment, for both general information and advice for presentations at educational seminars on psychology and color trends.

The brand has just launched Pantone Plus, a product that includes applications for the i-Pad, iPhone and the new palette.
